What You’ll Do In The Role

Design and develop processes flow diagrams and P&IDs for electrochemical processes.
Evaluate existing designs and present recommendations for innovations.
Perform calculations for scrubbing and stripping system.
Perform energy and mass balances.
Perform neutralization reaction calculations.
Perform concentration calculations as required.
Perform instruments calibrations (pH, Conductivity, ORP, etc.).
Develop process logic control and assist control engineer in program coding developing.
Research new instrumentation technologies for process control.
Draft and implement related safety procedures to ensure the well-being of employees who work with the different processes.
Participate in HAZOP activities
Develop Operation and Maintenance Manuals (O&M Manuals)
Develop Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) protocols.
Develop FAT reports
Develop Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) protocols.
Develop SAT reports
Prepare Commissioning and Start Up Protocols.
Prepare commissioning and start up reports.
